We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unused and in the same condition that you received it

- In its original packaging

- With proof of purchase (Order ID or receipt)

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

- Product is used or damaged by the customer

- Return request is made after 7 days of delivery

- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

- Items purchased on clearance or special sale

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

We will provide a free replacement or refund after verification.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

- Refund will be issued to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed to your bank account.

Return Shipping

In case of damaged or wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

In other cases, return shipping charges may apply.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
